1. Important Information
JetVisa provides technology-based support services related to the visa application process and in no way operates as an official government agency, consulate, or visa assessment authority. JetVisa only performs appointment tracking, notification delivery, and automated booking attempts (the "Service") on behalf of the user. JetVisa does not guarantee visa outcomes, appointment availability, or processing times under any circumstances. By using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms in their entirety.
2. Application Process and Responsibility
The user is responsible for the accuracy of all information related to the application process. JetVisa does not verify the information provided and is not obligated to detect errors. Visa applications are evaluated entirely by the relevant consulate or visa centre. JetVisa is not involved in the application evaluation process and has no authority over visa approval or rejection. The user is obligated to provide additional documents if requested.
3. Scope of Services
Services may include: - Appointment availability tracking - Notification services - Automated booking systems - AI-assisted guidance These Services are solely facilitative and have no bearing on application outcomes.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Automation
JetVisa uses artificial intelligence in the process of managing booking activities within the Services. The user acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that AI outputs may be erroneous, that no legal or visa consultancy services are provided within the scope of the Services, that automation systems may fail, and that JetVisa is not responsible for any disruptions that may occur within the scope of all these services.
5. Third-Party Systems
JetVisa operates solely through third-party systems (consulates/visa centres). These systems are in no way under the control of JetVisa and may change or become inaccessible. JetVisa is not responsible for delays, errors, or interruptions arising from these systems.
6. Processing Times
All timelines shared with users on the JetVisa website are analysed and shared using artificial intelligence and are not guaranteed. JetVisa is not responsible for any delays that may occur in these timelines.
7. Fees and Payments
JetVisa only collects service fees for the services that are the subject of these Terms and Conditions. Consulate fees are separate and do not belong to JetVisa. Payments are processed through a third-party provider (Stripe). JetVisa is not responsible for errors arising from payment systems.
8. Refund Policy
The Service is digital and is performed immediately. Refunds are not provided in the following cases: - Visa rejection - Failure to find an appointment - Cancellation of the application by the user Refund requests are evaluated in limited circumstances.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
The user acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that JetVisa cannot be held liable for application rejection, delays, document loss (third-party sourced), system errors, or AI-related errors. JetVisa is in no way responsible for airline tickets, hotel reservations, travel plans, or other financial losses.
10. Document Loss
JetVisa takes reasonable precautions when sharing documents that the user has provided for visa appointment processes. The user acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that JetVisa is not liable for incomplete document uploads or document loss during the booking process.
11. Additional Services
JetVisa may provide fast notification, priority processing, and AI analysis services ("Additional Services"). Additional Services do not guarantee success in any way, as visa bookings are made through third-party websites.
12. Website Usage
The user acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they will not use JetVisa for reverse engineering, data scraping, or data analytics for AI training purposes; that JetVisa may suspend and/or close the user's account without any notice if such activities are carried out; and that account security is the user's responsibility.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the JetVisa website belongs to JetVisa and unauthorised use of the content is prohibited.
14. Force Majeure
If events including but not limited to uprising, embargo, government intervention, rebellion, epidemic, occupation, war, mobilisation, strikes, lockouts, labour disputes including boycotts, cyber attacks, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, system improvement or renovation works and resulting malfunctions, power outages, fire, explosion, storms, floods, earthquakes, migration, pandemics, or other natural disasters, or other events beyond JetVisa's control that are not caused by its fault and cannot reasonably be foreseen ("Force Majeure") prevent or delay JetVisa from fulfilling its obligations arising from its Services, JetVisa cannot be held liable for obligations whose performance is prevented or delayed as a result of Force Majeure.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).
16. Final Provisions
JetVisa reserves the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions without any explanation or notification. The user may not assign or transfer any rights and obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions to third parties in any way. If the user assigns and/or transfers their rights and obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions to third parties, JetVisa may suspend or close the user's account without any notice.
